"I have been wearing these shoes daily for the last 3 weeks or so and I LOVE THEM!!!! I couldn’t imagine them actually working as they claimed on the website so I was defiantly a skeptic but since wearing them and actually beginning to see results I am so loving these shoes, they make getting the extra calories burnt during the day even when I don’t get a chance to get to a gym or get my nightly jog super easy and I have already begin seeing results.

Some studies show that dairy based calcium supports fat and weight loss and may even help control appetite (some of these studies were conducted at the University of Tennessee). But other studies (mainly conducted at Purdue University and Ohio State) show that calcium does not cause weight or fat loss at all.

Last post (Quick Eating Tips #1) we advised bringing along some snacks to help control appetite and make sure you maintain good eating habits. Some of you were interested in snack ideas so we will start providing regular ideas that are fun, easy to prepare, low in calories, and good for you.

Frozen food makes a great snack because it stays fresh, maintains its flavour, and takes longer to eat.

Will Thanksgiving ruin your diet?

Lets hope not! Here are a quick few things to help you out (hopefully).

Be sure to eat a good breakfast and have some healthy snacks before you even get to Thanksgiving dinner. This will help you avoid overeating all that great food - you won't arrive famished.

Sneak in a quick workout before. This will help boost your metabolism and make you less likely to want to derail from all the hard work you're doing.

Be mindful of the guilt you'll feel after gorging! I always do:)

Other than that, have a great U.S. Thanksgiving!
