I got to the gym yesterday and realized that I had forgotten my running shoes. I stuffed my feet into Paige's shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small for me! Luckily, a female trainer in the gym had an extra brand new pair for me to wear! They were these awesome shoes that I had never heard of before, NGR's (No Gym Required). The idea behind the shoes is that you do not need a gym to get in shape! They are not saying don't go to the gym, but if you can't make it there, you can add the weight slips to the shoe to increase calorie burn and muscle tone.
